The Richmond Register is adding an Entry Level Salesperson to their team to sell its lines of print and internet marketing products to serve the Madison County area. This is a full-time position with benefits including: health, dental, vision, paid mileage, paid vacations and specified holidays.

We are seeking a candidate that desires a successful and lucrative career in sales and to help grow the company. This person should be capable of contacting business owners and marketing directors to sell our unique value proposition and provide account management and customer service for all accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Research companies and initiate contact with key decision-makers
• Reach out to key strategic customers and resellers through phone as well as email and in person
• Sell the benefits of the company’s proven marketing programs and close new business
• Provide after-sale service and consultation
• Work with internal managers to improve selling process and become a subject matter expert

• Familiarity with consultative sales techniques
• Excellent presenter

• Experience with Microsoft Office products
